- Tuition Protection Service which ensures students are protected if ever an education provider cannot continue to offer their course
- Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) which regulates the quality of Australia’s higher education sector and ensures that all providers satisfy the requirements of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.
